At Bibersoner, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, processing time is usually longer and may take approximately 3 to 7 business days, or longer during high-volume periods.

Processing time includes activities such as:

  • order verification
  • customization review
  • production scheduling
  • packing
  • shipping preparation

Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier operations, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery times after shipment may be:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time is generally:

Processing Time + Shipping Time

For customized products, total delivery time may be longer because customization and production are required before shipment.

4. Shipping Methods

We may offer one or more shipping methods depending on the destination, product type, package weight, and logistics availability.

Typical methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

If only one method is available for a destination or order type, that method will be applied automatically.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • destination country
  • package weight
  • order volume
  • shipping method
  • product category

The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before the customer completes payment.

6. Shipping Method at Checkout

The shipping method applicable to the order will be displayed during checkout or order review.

Example wording:

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 5–12 Business Days

If an express option is available, it may also be presented at checkout.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking system to update after the package has been shipped.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • customs inspection
  • weather events
  • transportation disruptions
  • peak season congestion
  • public holidays
  • address verification issues
  • courier service interruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed.

If a package is returned because of incorrect customer information, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

For customized items already produced, incorrect-address cases may not qualify for a full refund.

10. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to:

  • customs duties
  • VAT
  • import taxes
  • customs handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

  • check with household members
  • check nearby safe delivery locations
  • contact the carrier
  • contact local delivery offices if applicable

We will try to assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

12. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • take photos before opening
  • keep the packaging materials
  • contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.

13. Shipping for Customized Products

Because customized or made-to-order products require additional handling and production steps:

  • processing times may be longer
  • shipping deadlines are estimates only
  • delays caused by customization complexity do not automatically qualify for refund
  • customer approval delays, missing information, or unclear customization instructions may delay shipment

If a customer fails to provide required customization details on time, production and delivery may be delayed accordingly.
